  – Digital downloads or services
  – Gift cards

3. Return Process

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, a timeframe that may vary between financial institutions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
